Randy Tsui serves as the Director of Southwest Securities (HK) Asset Management Limited and holds leadership within the Keptain Family Office Group. With over a decade of extensive experience in the financial sector across mainland China and Hong Kong, Randy specializes in strategic business planning, fundraising, and asset management, all of which align seamlessly with the overarching objectives and aspirations of the corporation.
Prior to attaining a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of The West of Scotland in 2022, Randy Tsui pursued her studies in investment science at the esteemed Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. Her commitment to professional excellence is further evidenced by her accreditation as a Certified Financial Planner, CFPCM since 2013.
In recent years, Randy's astute foresight has underscored the potential and imperative of formulating ESG-focused (Environmental, Social, and Governance) business strategies, particularly within the dynamic Middle Eastern regions, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Notably, she co-founded the Keptain Mena Investment No.1 Fund—a pioneering initiative dedicated to investing in future smart city superapp and advancing projects with a pronounced ESG orientation. Randy staunchly believes in the transformative power of integrating ESG frameworks, enabling enterprises to optimize performance, mitigate potential risks, and discern advantageous prospects.
